We Are Here Waiting For You…

You have up to a 5 minute grace period to arrive for your appointment. After the 5 minute grace period, you will be charged $1 for each additional minute up to 30 minutes, and your appointment will either be adjusted or rescheduled. If your appointment is adjusted, the service will be outfitted for the remainder time. If we don’t connect due to  your tardiness, and/or your appointment has to be rescheduled you will be charged 100% of the service fee. We strongly suggest an early arrival!

When Are You Coming to Have Some Fun…

All booking is completed on the website. A credit/debit card is required to book an appointment. All services must be paid at the end of the appointment, we accept cash, Zelle, Paypal, and major credit cards.

Sorry You Couldn’t Make It…

The services you scheduled are reserved especially for you. We require a 24 hour cancellation/ reschedule notice for all appointments, this policy also applies to service modifications. Those who do not show for their scheduled appointment or do not allow for the requested amount of time to cancel/reschedule the appointment will be charged 100% of the service price, before being able to book a new appointment.  

No call, no shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee.

We Think You Should Know…

1. We desire that you have a fun, therapeutic, and engaging experience thus, we request that you please not use your cell phone while services are being rendered.

2. Children are not permitted unless receiving a service.

3. We are a natural nail studio, we do not apply  acrylic, “crystal” or dip, nor do we service clients with acrylic, dip, or “crystal”.

4. We charge an additional fee to remove gel products from other salons.

5. Please remember to book all of the services that you would like performed. Additional or incorrect booked services will be subject to an additional fee, or a cancellation.

6. As much as we love animals, we love you more, so please leave all pets at home.

7. We accept payments in the form of cash, Zelle, PayPal and all major credit cards. If you choose to pay using PayPal or a credit card, there is a 3.5% transaction fee.
